  • Job Description

    The candidate is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing maintenance strategies to ensure equipment, machinery, and facilities operate efficiently and reliably. The role focuses on minimizing downtime, improving performance, and ensuring safety compliance through technical expertise and preventive maintenance planning.

    • Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
    • Analyze equipment performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, or automation issues.
    • Plan and oversee repair work, shutdowns, and maintenance schedules.
    • Ensure all machinery complies with safety and regulatory standards.
    • Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts, and inventory control.
    • Lead and supervise maintenance technicians and contractors.
    • Maintain detailed documentation, reports, and maintenance records.
    • Support installation and commissioning of new equipment.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Qualification>

    • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related engineering field.
    • Min. 3 years experience in maintenance engineering or similar role.
    • Strong knowledge of industrial systems, machinery, and equipment.
    • Familiarity with preventive/predictive maintenance techniques.
    • Experience with PLC systems, automation, or control systems (preferred).
    • Understanding of safety regulations and standards
    • Ability to redesign machine or process to optimize efficiency / productivity by utilizing new technologies

    • In-depth knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
    • Proficient in conducting inspections and tests using various measurement tools and equipment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
    • Proficient in data analysis and reporting using statistical software and tools.
    • Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements related to quality control.
    • Strong leadership and mentoring skills to guide and develop junior engineers.
    • Familiarity with quality management systems and documentation.
    • Proficient in using software such as SPC etc.
    • Ability to work and perform in an AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) environment
