  • Job Description

    • To implement, monitor and review sales and marketing plan.
    • Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies that are designed to meet the needs of customers.
    • Explore and Identify for potential new business opportunities and customers both locally.
    • Communicating with customers to understand their specific needs so that they can be met efficiently.
    • To promote Company’s product and system solutions to various industries.
    • To achieve business plan targets and monthly objectives.
    • To actively contribute to the performance of the Sales department.
    • Responsible for generating leads and markets leads for sales growth.
    • Provide accurate and timely Forecast's using the appropriate Sales Tools and Processes and maintain all relevant information about Customers, Prospects, Campaigns and Leads.
    • Establish and maintain good rapport with customers.
    • Follow up on billing and debt collections.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    ■ MUST REQUIREMENTS
    ・Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
    ・Preferably at least 5 year(s) of working experience specializing in automation engineering or in the related field is required for this position.
    ・Willingness to travel to sites if required.

    ■ OTHER REQUIREMENTS
    ・A pro-active and resourceful individual with excellent negotiation, communication, and motivation skills
    ・Ability to work under pressure and long hours.
    ・Team player but also capable to work independently
    ・Have good sense of time management and strong customer focus
