• Job Description

  Responsible for achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service at the showroom, exhibitions, roadshows, and other sales events while maintaining product displays and supporting daily showroom operations.
  
  • Attend to walk-in customers and provide professional product consultation to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective sales and customer engagement.
  • Promote and sell products at the showroom, exhibitions, roadshows, and other promotional events.
  • Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and follow up on customer enquiries to ensure excellent service.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships while handling enquiries, feedback, and coordinating after-sales support.
  • Ensure the showroom is clean, well-organised, and products are properly displayed, while assisting with stock replenishment and inventory accuracy.
  • Support marketing campaigns, product launches, and other sales-related activities as assigned by Management.
