【Job Summary】We are seeking a dynamic and relation-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in Penang. In this role, you will be responsible for driving B2B sales within the thriving manufacturing sector, focusing on the promotion and supply of Factory Automation (FA) machines, precision machine parts, and related industrial solutions. The manufacturing landscape in Malaysia is advancing rapidly toward automation, and our solutions are at the forefront of this industrial evolution. Your primary focus will be dedicated to nurturing, servicing, and following up with our well-established existing clients. With a portfolio consisting of 100% existing customers, there is absolutely no cold-calling or hard-selling involved; your mission is to maintain robust relationships, understand continuous client needs, and remain their trusted partner.As a Sales Executive, you will conduct product presentations, introduce technical updates, and guide clients through the procurement process. Your responsibility extends to managing the logistics and procedures for new machine deliveries, as well as coordinating maintenance and after-sales support with our technical team. You will report directly to a supportive Local Sales Manager who will provide comprehensive guidance and mentorship.Prior experience in sales or the industrial sector is not strictly required for this position—beginners and fresh graduates are highly welcomed to apply! We have established a comprehensive and structured On-the-Job Training (OJT) program designed to support you from day one. Our team will guide you step-by-step through product specifications, technical knowledge, and client management skills. If you possess a customer-first mindset, a passion to learn about industrial technology, and a desire to grow, this position offers an exceptional platform to advance your career in a globally connected business environment.【Responsibilities】・Follow up with existing clients and systematically maintain strong, long-term business relationships (100% existing account management).・Deliver comprehensive explanations and professional presentations regarding Factory Automation products and parts to technical and purchasing teams.・Coordinate and oversee the procedures for the delivery of new machinery, ensuring seamless installation timelines.・Facilitate scheduled maintenance and troubleshoot support services between clients and the technical division.・Maintain a regular cadence of reporting on sales activities, client feedback, and market insights to the local sales manager.・Support administrative or ad-hoc tasks related to sales operations whenever necessary.※90% Client in Penang , few client in Kl and Johor

・Fixed Sales Allowance:
RM 200 / month (Note: No sales commission)
