  ■ ROLE OVERVIEW
  As our first Sales representative in Malaysia, you will be the driving force representing our China headquarters locally. This is a strategic role requiring a blend of high-touch account management for our existing global client and aggressive business development to establish our footprint in the Malaysian construction and building materials market.
  
  ■ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Market Entry & Business Development
  ・Identify and penetrate new project pipelines and market segments in Malaysia (e.g., Residential, Commercial, Infrastructure, or Industrial developments).
  ・Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to secure product specifications and build relationships with property developers, main contractors, architects, and quantity surveyors.
  ・Conduct market research to stay ahead of local construction trends, competitor pricing, and SIRIM/CIDB regulatory and certification requirements.
  
  2. Strategic Account Management
  ・Act as the primary local point of contact for our existing key global client, ensuring 100% satisfaction, timely material delivery, and seamless on-site service support.
  ・Coordinate closely with HQ in China regarding manufacturing timelines, custom structural specifications, material testing, and quality control.
  
  3. Sales Operations & Leadership
  ・Manage the end-to-end project sales cycle: from initial lead generation and blueprint/technical consultation to bidding, commercial negotiation, and closing.
  ・Prepare and present project pipelines, sales forecasts, budget reports, and market feedback to HQ management.
  ・Assist in setting up the Malaysia sales office operations and foundational commercial infrastructure as the local team grows.
  
  4. Technical Consultation
  ・Provide expert advice on construction material grades, load-bearing capacities, sustainability ratings (e.g., Green Building Index), and cost-effective structural solutions tailored to the Malaysian climate, site conditions, and local logistics landscape.
