• Job Description

  ・ISO Certification & Quality Management: Lead, maintain, and oversee all processes related to obtaining, auditing, and renewing ISO certifications for the company's nationwide operations, ensuring strict alignment with global standards.
  ・Internal Control & Compliance: Develop, evaluate, and enforce internal control frameworks, corporate compliance guidelines, and risk management policies to prevent legal or operational discrepancies.
  ・Human Resources Governance: Oversee human resource operations, including the review of employment contracts, alignment with local labor laws, performance evaluation standards, and the cultivation of an inclusive corporate culture for our diverse workforce.
  ・General Affairs Management: Manage general corporate administration, corporate documentation, vendor agreements, workplace safety protocols, and cross-departmental coordination.
  ・Executive Liaison: Act as a reliable strategic advisor and liaison to the Managing Director, preparing comprehensive administrative reports, audit summaries, and compliance briefs.
  ・Cross-Functional Auditing: Conduct regular internal audits across various business units (including forwarding, warehousing, and transport) to cultivate a continuous improvement mindset (PDCA cycle).
