  • Job Description

    Job Responsibilities (Overview)
    This position is responsible for domestic sales of fresh agricultural products within Malaysia as well as export operations to ASEAN countries. You will manage customer relationships, develop new business, travel domestically to visit clients, and coordinate export processes to support the company's business growth.

    Domestic Sales
    - Follow up with existing clients and strengthen business relationships
    - Develop new customers
    - Sales activities targeting retail, wholesale, and corporate clients
    - Sales management and development of sales strategies
    - Planning and execution of in-store promotions and sales promotion activities
    - Market and competitor research and information gathering

    Export Operations
    - Communication with overseas clients (mainly ASEAN region)
    - Preparation and handling of export-related documents (e.g., invoice, packing list, phytosanitary certificate, etc.)
    - Coordination with freight forwarders for shipment arrangements
    - Customs clearance arrangement and management
    - Export schedule management and handling of shipment-related issues

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - At least 1 year of practical experience in export operations or trade administration
    - Minimum 1 year of Sales experience in any industry.
    - Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia for business purposes
    - Basic PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    - Willing to travel

    【Advantage】
    - Experience in the food, fresh produce, or agricultural products industry
    - Experience in import/export operations
    - Experience working with logistics companies or freight forwarders
