Job Description
■ JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving and growing the company’s local sales activities and key accounts.
This role focuses on achieving individual and team sales targets, maintaining high-level customer relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination with internal technical and support departments.
The ideal candidate has solid experience in industrial or technical sales, a strong customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently while providing mentorship to junior sales staff.
■ DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Sales & Business Development
Execute sales activities independently to achieve individual revenue and profit targets.
Identify and penetrate new business opportunities within existing key accounts and untapped customer segments.
Conduct regular market and site visits to secure new pipelines and strengthen business relationships.
Track market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights for sales strategy adjustments.
2. Key Account & Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain deep relationships with key customers to ensure high satisfaction and consistent repeat business.
Act as the primary point of contact for complex customer inquiries, preparing accurate quotations and leading commercial negotiations professionally.
Coordinate after-sales support and follow up on technical or service issues with relevant internal departments to ensure seamless delivery.
3. Internal Coordination & Mentorship
Work closely with internal cross-functional departments (Sales Support, Technical Service, Marketing) to deliver quality service and timely solutions to clients.
Provide peer support, guidance, and basic on-the-job training to junior sales team members when required.
Collaboratively support the sales team to ensure collective targets and smooth communication are maintained.
4. Product & Technical Understanding
Maintain a strong understanding of product specifications and technical applications to provide accurate consultation to customers.
Collaborate with the technical team to propose tailored, cost-effective solutions based on specific customer needs.
5. Marketing & Brand Representation
Participate actively in industrial exhibitions, trade shows, and customer networking events to promote the company’s products and brand.
Support localized marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and generate fresh leads.
6. Reporting & Administration
Prepare timely sales reports, pipeline forecasts, and activity summaries for management review.
Ensure all individual sales operations, documentation, and contracts strictly follow company procedures and compliance standards.
Qualifications
Requirement
■ MUST REQUIREMENTS
・Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial equipment sales, with at least 1 years in a managerial or leadership role.
・Ability to travel locally and internationally as required.
・Proven track record of territory business development and strategic sales growth.
■ ADVANTAGES
・Strong background in heat exchangers, valves, pumps, boilers, cooling systems, or HVAC industries preferred.
・Previous working experience in Japan company
■ OTHER REQUIREMENTS
・Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
・Based in or willing to relocate to overseas.
