    - Stakeholder Management & Communication
    Act as the primary point of contact to facilitate smooth communication with external stakeholders, including local universities and project partners.

    - Project Documentation & Proposal Generation
    Prepare project materials, business proposals, and presentations tailored for tropical region-related initiatives.

    - Business Development & Corporate Sales
    Participate in business meetings and lead corporate sales activities, including pitching and presenting solutions to local Malaysian enterprises.

    - Cross-Linguistic Adaptation & Localization
    Review and comprehend Japanese proposals/documents, and accurately translate, adapt, and pitch them to local companies in Malay or English.

    - Interpretation & Bridge Support
    Provide high-quality interpretation support (Japanese ↔ Malay/English) during meetings and company visits to ensure seamless collaboration between Japanese and Malaysian counterparts.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Having Japanese Skill N2 above
    - Having Business level Malay skills.
    * Proficient in handling business emails, conducting corporate negotiations, and presenting proposals.

    【Advantage】
    - Bachelor's Degree in Science (e.g., Biology, Biotechnology, Environmental Science) or equivalent knowledge.

    ・Break Time: 12:30 PM – 2:00 PM (1.5 hours)
