  • Job Description

    The Sales & Marketing Manager is expected to be a self-starter and able to work at a fast pace in a very dynamic business environment and must be able to handle multiple tasks across different market segments and see them through completion.

    - Required to maintain existing business and develop new products of new-to-the-company’s industry or new business channel to the company.
    - Builds a growth portfolio of short, medium and long-term opportunities with high probability of success.
    - Develops and executes strategic account plans to achieve sales goals and value-creating objectives in assigned territories, in alignment with business strategies and marketing plans.
    - Builds relationships across multiple functions within internal and external customers and influencers
    - Work closely with counterparts or principals for smoother operation, costing issue and to achieve target set.
    - Establishing and maintaining strong relationship with existing and new potential customers.
    - Provide timely technical solutions to customers (Know-how).
    - Keep abreast with market trend and development in order to effectively execute sales strategy.
    - Coordinate and participate in industry trade show, seminars and other networking sessions.
    - Ensure prompt payment collection from customer.
    - Managing subordinates.
    - Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by General Manager when required and/or deemed necessary

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree or higher
    - Preferably 5 years prior work experience in Technical Sales or Customer Account Management roles.
    - Relevant experience in the industry of Electronics is regarded.
    - Strong US/EU sales network in E&E industry
    - Demonstrated ability to develop strong customer relationships and converting opportunities to sales
    - Track record in driving innovation strategy is a plus
    - Business acumen, highly driven, team player and result orientated
    - Ability to develop and manage New Business for the company will be prioritized in this position
    - Must be proactive, outgoing, flexible person and have good interpersonal skills
    - Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
    - Willing to travel outstation or regionally when required
