Job Description
- Provide full secretarial and administrative support to management
- Manage schedules, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Assist in coordination between departments and external parties
- Maintain proper filing system and documentation control
- Accompany management for meetings or business travel when required
Qualifications
Requirement
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Able to travel when required
- Presentable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficientlyEnglish Level
