• Job Description

  - Lead and support multiple cross-functional projects to ensure smooth execution and achievement of business objectives
  - Analyze and review operational costs, including delivery and related expenses, to improve overall profitability
  - Identify workflow bottlenecks and propose business process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
  - Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables while ensuring proper follow-up and successful completion
  - Provide direct support to the Managing Director in daily business operations and strategic planning activities
  - Prepare management reports, presentations, business analysis, and relevant documentation for executive decision-making
  - Coordinate and communicate with HQ in Japan, including assisting the MD in Japanese reporting matters
  - Collaborate with internal departments to drive corporate initiatives and improve overall business performance
  - Support ad-hoc corporate planning and management projects as assigned by the management
