  Job Summary
  Responsible for expanding market share in large-scale commercial and residential projects by building strong relationships with developers, architects, consultants, and contractors. This role drives product specification, secures major project opportunities, and manages the full project lifecycle from proposal submission and contract negotiation to delivery coordination.
  
  Key Responsibilities
  - Build and maintain relationships with developers, architects, consultants, contractors, interior designers, and quantity surveyors (QS)
  - Develop and execute sales strategies and business plans to achieve sales targets and market expansion
  - Conduct presentations and proposal submissions to secure high-value projects and contracts
  - Invite and host key decision-makers at the showroom to enhance product engagement
  - Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and product sample boards
  - Monitor inventory and order cycles to ensure timely project delivery
  - Collaborate with the Finance Department to manage receivables and payment collection
  - Provide regular sales updates, progress reports, and forecasting to management
  - Analyse customer feedback and market trends to improve sales strategies and product positioning
  - Coordinate with the Marketing Department on promotional campaigns and initiatives
  - Manage after-sales service in collaboration with the Technical Team
  - Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs
  - Support ad-hoc tasks and special projects related to sales improvement
