Job Description
1. Customer Relationship Management
Maintain and strengthen relationships with approximately 80 existing clients by providing regular follow-ups and ongoing support.
2. Upselling and Cross-selling
Propose new services or products to existing clients to drive further sales growth and maximize account value.
3. Feedback Collection and Improvement Suggestions
Identify areas for service enhancement based on customer feedback to deliver a superior Customer Experience (CX).
4. Internal Collaboration
Collaborate closely with internal team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
Qualifications
Requirement
- Salary: RM3,000-RM4,500 (Depend on experience)
- Working time: 9:00AM - 6:00PM
-Bonus: twice a year (
-Increment: Performance evaluations are conducted every six
months, and salary adjustments are determined by individual performance.
- EPF&SOCSO: Provided
- Claimable for visiting clients (Can use Grab)
- MC - 7 days for every 6 months of continuous service.
- AL - 14 days
- Transportation & parking: not provided
- Medical expenses: Currently under planning.English Level
