  • Job Description

    • To analyze and liaise with HQ on quality issue
    • To work together with production team and incoming quality control to prevent defects.
    • Developing, building or testing new products, processes, or procedure
    • Control of conforming and non-conforming products.
    • To assist QA Manager to handle of customer complaint and information & audit.
    • To develop effective quality control processes.
    • Conducting tests and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality or performance.
    • Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviation from quality standards.
    • Inspect final output and compare properties to requirement
    • Ensures that the quality standards set by the customer are met
    • Plans and implements methods to continually improves the quality of products
    • Other task assign by the superior.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Requirements>
    • Min. Degree in Engineering- Chemical, Material science or equivalent
    • Minimum 1-3 year related experience in manufacturing company
    • Ability to handle customer complaint
    • Able to travel internationally (Japan, China, UK) ocassionally to attend customer meeting regarding complaint and inquiry.
    • Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001

    • Good communication skills, possess strong leadership, organization skill and result oriented
    • Can work independently with minimum supervision
    • Result oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skill
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Good in report writing skill
