• Job Description

  We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and passionate QC Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with at least one (1) year of experience in quality control or manufacturing. You will play a key role in ensuring our products meet the required quality standards.
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  - Perform quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods
  - Ensure products comply with company standards and specifications
  - Record inspection results and maintain proper documentation
  - Identify defects and report non-conformance issues to the supervisor
  - Assist in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions
  - Work closely with production teams to improve product quality
  - Ensure proper handling and storage of materials to maintain quality
  - Support continuous improvement initiatives within the department
