• Job Description

  We are looking for a Precious Metals Junior Trader to expand our presence in the bullion market. With 1 to 2 years of experience in physical precious metals, you will proactively acquire new retail and wholesale partners, execute profitable bullion trades and ensure strict compliance with AML/KYC regulations. You must possess high integrity and attention to detail when handling high-value assets.
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  - Proactively acquire new customers and identify new wholesale partners, networking and targeted outreach to precious metals bullion retailers, jewelers, retail and corporate investors in Malaysia and Singapore market.
  - Working with the Senior Trader and serve as the primary backup to ensure seamless business continuity during their absence.
  - Manage the buying and selling of physical bullions for clients and ensure all transactions are executed to maximize profitability for the company.
  - Ensure all transactions strictly adhere to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations.
  - Prepare and review all trade-related documents and contracts before sending them to customers.
  - Coordinate with the vaulting and logistics teams to ensure the secure delivery or storage of physical assets.
  - Build and maintain long-term customer relationships by ensuring all records, business leads and follow-up statuses are accurately and consistently updated in the CRM system.
