  【Summary】
  Oversee and manage the overall IT function to support the company’s objectives, ensuring a secure, efficient, and cost-effective IT environment.
  
  【Key Responsibilities】
  - Manage and maintain the overall quality, performance, and stability of IT systems with a focus on cost efficiency
  - Develop and implement IT security strategies, including network and information security (e.g., firewall, antivirus, threat monitoring and response)
  - Ensure stability, compatibility, and optimization of network infrastructure, servers, and IT equipment
  - Manage system and software updates, including lifecycle management
  - Oversee data backup, risk management, incident handling, and troubleshooting activities
  - Control and manage IT assets, including software licenses and hardware, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
  - Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and relevant authorities when necessary
  - Lead manpower planning, recruitment, and team structure development within the IT department
  - Coach and develop subordinates through OJT, performance evaluation, and career development support
  - Promote and ensure understanding of the Group’s corporate philosophy, principles, and company policies in daily operations
  - Ensure adherence to company rules, regulations, and legal compliance through proper guidance and training
  - Manage IT budgeting, training plans, and develop/improve SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
