  • Job Description

    We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support sales operations and ensure smooth communication with customers in a trading environment. This role focuses on order management, coordination, and administrative support for the sales team.

    Key Responsibilities:
    -Coordinate and monitor order and delivery status between suppliers and customers to ensure timely fulfillment.
    -Prepare and manage sales-related documentation, including invoices, delivery orders (DO), purchase orders, and reports.
    -Support the sales team with administrative tasks and ensure accurate order processing.
    -Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and telephone.
    -Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a courteous and professional manner.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    - Minimum 1-years sales coodinator experience in any industry.
    - Knowledge of import and export
    - Basic sales calculation, Microsoft office (especially Excel, PowerPoint)
    - Must have own transportation and a driver license.
    ※If the candidate graduate from Bachelor degree, fresh grad can apply!

    Salary Package : MYR 3,500-4,500

    ★No commission- but for good performer, they will consider to provide:
    1) Extra annual increment
    2) Additional Bonus

    ★Travel Allowance for business trip
    1) They will provide travel allowance
    Domestic RM80・Overseas RM160 per day
    2) Transportation and Stay(Necessary Expenses) can claim, company pays back immediately

    ★Working hours
    ＜Pattern＞
    Monday to Friday / Lunch time 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.
    - Standard: 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
    - A:7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
    - B:7:50 a.m. – 4:50 p.m.
    - C:8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
    - D:9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

    Employees can choose their preferable time working pattern every month.
    If there is any changes, must inform earlier to management/MD to get approval.

    4 times of working on Saturday every year (Fixed on calendar)
