  • Job Description

    ・Supporting sales team & sales operation through administrative coordination & customer facing task
    ・Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth order flow.
    ・Maintain accurate customer records, orders and sales databases
    ・Arrange stock delivery with warehouse or transporters
    ・Coordinate with others internal department: Logistic, finance, operation
    ・Handle custom clearance.
    ・Perform regular stock checks and record updates.
    ・Communicate mainly via email, and by phone when matters are urgent.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    ■ MUST REQUIREMENTS
    ・Over 2 years of experience dealing with sales administration or sales coordination
    ・Skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Words, Point)

    ■ ADVANTAGES
    ・ISOP (Integrated Sales Order Processing) system will be add on advantages.
    ・Experience in Trading Admin Tasks
    ・Previous experience working in Japanese company is an advantage

    ■ OTHER REQUIREMENTS
    ・Willing to learn - guidance and training provided
    ・Meticulous and organized - frequent document checking is part of the job
    ・Able to ask for help or clarification when needed and follow SOP closely
    ・Able to handle ad-hoc tasks when they arise
