  • Job Description

    - Team Leadership & Training: Supervise and provide technical guidance/training to inspectors, technicians, and other staff members.
    - Customer Quality Management: Act as the primary liaison between manufacturing and customers regarding quality standards, claims, and alerts.
    - Continuous Improvement: Lead root cause analysis using tools such as 8D, CAPA, and FMEA to drive process and product conformance.
    - Process Oversight: Devising, improving, and reviewing new specifications and procedures for products or processes.
    - Audit & Compliance: Assist external auditors/inspectors and ensure legal and regulatory obligations are met.
    - Supplier Quality: Approve new suppliers through audits and assessments to ensure consistent material quality.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Experience: Minimum 8–10 years in QA/QC within a manufacturing plant with 100+ employees.
    - Management: Proven experience in a Senior, Lead, or Supervisory role for at least 3–5 years.
    - Industry: Experience in Precision Engineering, Plastic Injection Molding, or Electronics is highly preferred.
    - Technical Skills: Proficiency in 8D, CAPA, FMEA, and PDCA.
    - Tools: Ability to use AutoCAD and Microsoft Office for technical reviews and reporting.
