• Job Description

  1. Product Quality Inspection & Control
  Ensure that manufactured precision parts, sheet metal products, and jigs/fixtures meet engineering drawings and customer specifications.
  Conduct dimensional inspections using precision measuring instruments such as CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines), micrometers, and calipers.
  
  2. Quality Management System (QMS) Operation
  Maintain and improve quality processes in accordance with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
  Establish management frameworks to detect defects early in the production process and prevent the outflow of non-conforming products.
  
  3. Defect Analysis & Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA)
  Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for any defects and develop effective recurrence prevention plans.
  Provide feedback to production and design teams to drive continuous improvement.
  
  4. Supplier & Customer Liaison
  Handle Incoming Quality Control (IQC) for raw materials and outsourced components.
  Address customer inquiries and complaints regarding quality and prepare formal quality reports.
  
  5. Manufacturing Process Audit & Improvement
  Conduct on-site audits and patrols to ensure that operational procedures are strictly followed.
  Propose improvements to optimize Cost, Quality, and Delivery (CQD).
