Job Description
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO) in accordance with project requirements and company procedures.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality and timely delivery.
- Liaise closely with customers, project teams, and site personnel to understand material requirements and specifications.
- Coordinate with suppliers on order confirmation, delivery schedules, and resolve any supply or quality issues.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records, pricing details, and documentation.
- Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and project timelines.
Qualifications
Requirement
- Diploma or above in Purchasing, Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of purchasing experience in the construction industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCount accounting system will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to liaise with customers and suppliers.English Level
