    This position provides administrative support to the sales team by handling documentation, proofreading, and invoicing tasks.

    Job Responsibilities
    - Prepare and manage various sales-related documents, including quotations, proposals, contracts, and internal reports.
    - Review, proofread, and revise documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards.
    - Issue invoices to customers and manage billing-related documentation in coordination with the sales and finance teams.
    - Maintain and organize sales and client records, both digital and physical.
    - Support the sales team with administrative tasks and documentation as required.
    - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of sales and billing activities.
