  Responsibilities
  - Performs in manufacturing or systems quality assurance, control and reliability to ensure adherence to design rules and rigid controls in processing, manufacturing and delivery of frames to customer.
  - Performs plant systems Quality Assurance audit function to monitor and ensure compliance / adherence to specifications and plant quality system.
  - Provides Quality Assurance Engineering support to quality systems management controls to ensure conformance to manufacturing / customer specifications.
  - Responds to internal and external customers’ feedback on quality and product / system conformance issues with a view to provide customers the best possible quality for product and services.
  - Examines, evaluates and simulates product / manufacturing data using statistical process control tools and techniques.
  - Monitors customer returns, in process and outgoing quality status to meet and exceed customer expectation.
  - Directs the development and maintenance of quality inspection plans, quality engineering program or quality documentation system.
  - Identifies internal quality problem, investigates root causes and utilizes Statistical Process Control techniques to resolve quality issues.
  - Directs the design and maintenance of a quality information system.
  - Provides reliability engineering and product manufacturability to customers.
  - Participates in supplier / Customer Partnership program with a continuously improve product quality and service to the customer.
  - To handle other tasks and duties as and when requested by superior.
  
  Authorities
  - Stop Production machine / line if found any discrepancy or critical defect.
  - Approve the FPIR reports (First Piece Inspection Report).
  - Approve the MTR (Material Transfer Form).
  - On hold shipment if found any discrepancy / abnormality.
  - Shift and overtime arrangement.
