  • Job Description

    • (Trade) Import & export, stock planning & order management, logistics operations. Preferably with experience or knowledge in polymers industry
    • (Trade) Sales coordination between domestic and international customers and suppliers.
    • Pro-actively identify new markets and develop new business opportunities, build & promote strong & long-lasting customer business relationship.
    • Regularly visit existing & potential new customers to expand sales, new penetration & increase market shares, and to resolve non-routine queries & problems.
    • Regularly prepare reports on customer visit and business performance; by highlighting new business opportunities, quality problems and lost business analysis for action by the management.
    • Compose quotation, correspondence, report and presentation .
    • Closely follow up customer payment ageing and ensure prompt payment by the customer.
    • Other ad hoc duties (business related) as and when required by management.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Requirements>
    • Must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in any field.
    • Minimum 2 to 5 years experience in tele-marketing or trading (sales negotiation).
    • Domestic and international business trips required time-to-time.
    • Good command of written and verbal English a must

    • Positive attitude with self-motivated to learning new things.
    • High sense of responsibility, aptitude for team-work and problem solving.
    • Good social skills, friendly and proactive in networking.
    • Competent in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills with a proven ability
    • Ability to work under pressure in fast paced environment
