Job Description
1. Cooking and Preparation Duties:
- Cooking ingredients according to recipes.
- Preparing and managing ingredients (mise en place).
2. Kitchen Hygiene Management:
- Washing cooking utensils and dishes.
- Cleaning and maintaining hygiene throughout the kitchen area.
3. Team Coordination:
- Collaborating with Hall Staff to ensure the smooth and timely serving of food.
Qualifications
Requirement
【Must】
・Minimum of 3 years of kitchen experience in a food and beverage (F&B) establishment.
【Advantage】
・Having Japanese skills (N3 above)

- Working Hour:
①10:00 - 19:30 (Break time: 15:00 - 16:30)
②12:30 - 22:00(Break time: 15:00 - 16:30)
