Job Description
■ JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a proactive and reliable IT professional to oversee and manage the full spectrum of IT operations within the company.
This role is critical in ensuring seamless day-to-day IT support, maintaining system reliability, and driving future improvements to meet the company’s business needs.
■ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
・Ensure the smooth functioning of all IT systems and infrastructure across the company.
・Provide timely technical support to employees, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to hardware, software, printers, connectivity, and other office systems.
・Organize and manage IT assets, including laptops, mobile phones, IP phones, servers, network devices, and user accounts.
・Maintain IT equipment for office use and ensure proper security and performance of systems.
・Act as the IT helpdesk / IT administrator, delivering effective support and issue resolution.
・Manage and administer Microsoft 365 environment (user accounts, email, Teams, SharePoint, security settings, etc.).
・Work closely with management to identify, resolve, and plan for IT improvements and future developments.
Qualifications
Requirement
■ MUST REQUIREMENTS
・Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
・Over 2 years of hand-on experience dealing with corporate in-house IT support
・Familiar with network equipment, desktop support and system administration.
■ ADVANTAGES
・Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration is preferred.
・Prefer candidates who can start immediately
■ OTHER REQUIREMENTS
・Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
・Able to work independently, under pressure and when required flexible hours.
・Well-organized and able to multitask.English Level
