  We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer with hands-on experience in sheet metal fabrication or aerospace industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining quality control systems, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, managing supplier quality, and driving continuous improvement through effective root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  
  Key Responsibilities
  - Establish and maintain Quality Control systems and obtain relevant quality certifications.
  - Oversee sample phase processes, perform quality statistical analysis, and monitor mass production quality performance.
  - Develop and implement Standard Inspection Plans (SIP) for mass production.
  - Manage nonconformities in production and implement corrective/preventive actions.
  - Handle customer complaints in accordance with the 1-3-7 principle (Day 1: report, Day 3: conclusion, Day 7: closure).
  - Coordinate and manage timely handling of returned materials from customers.
  - Provide training to QC team members on customer-specific criteria and internal quality issues.
  - Conduct root cause analysis for internal and customer quality issues, implement solutions, and prevent recurrence.
  - Collaborate with suppliers to ensure effective Supplier Quality Management (SQM) and compliance with QMS standards.
