• Job Description

  - To provide engineering, technical support and after-sales support, including attending technical
  queries, providing technical information and advice to customers
  - To initiate and organize continuous customer support and establish good relationship with customers
  - To provide guidance and support to customer in developing, sustenance, and improvement of process capability to exceed/meet operations goals
  - To troubleshoot customer’s out-of-control situations and process issues and provide corrective actions
  - To coordinator with customers to start-up new processes which involves process characterization and development
  - Work as a team with direct and indirect departments to meet company set goals and objectives
  - Analyze evaluation data and generate report for internal and external usage
  - To initiate proposals and future process improvements for customers
