  • Job Description

    • Based on the production plan and customer order requirements, develop a shipping plan and provide the delivery date of the order to the business department.
    • Arrange weekly and daily SMT plans and testing plans based on customer needs and • Adjust the production capacity of each factory in a timely manner according to demand, and issue production task orders according to the plan.
    • Supervise the production status of the factory, timely close work orders, and ensure timely delivery of orders.
    • Reasonably control the inventory of finished products and arrange the safety inventory of finished products and materials reasonably
    • New product trial production and project switching tracking
    • Other duties and assignments as assigned by superiors from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Requirements>
    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Production Planning, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
    • Min. 2–3 years in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment.
    • Strong understanding of production workflows, capacity planning, and inventory control.
    • Proficient in using planning and ERP/MRP systems to manage production schedules and track orders.

    • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills to manage production adjustments and optimize output.
    • Able to communicate effectively across departments, especially with production, warehouse, and sales teams.
    • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
    • Ability to track project timelines, especially during new product trials or project transitions.
    • Familiarity with SMT production and testing processes is a plus.
    • Fluent in English and/or Mandarin for communication with internal teams and external vendors (if applicable).
    • Willingness to take on additional duties as assigned by superiors.
