    Position Summary
    Coordinate with sales team to provide technical support to meet customers’ application needs and resolve product issues.

    Duties and Responsibilities
    • Technical calculation and sizing of motor products to customers
    • Post-sales technical support for AC Servo Motor, DD Motor, Linear Motor and Robotics products
    • Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis and technical consultation to sales team
    • Conduct product training to customers and internal sales team
    • Conduct product demo to customers
    • Internal coordination within departments and HQ to resolve technical issues as well as provide solutions to customers
    • Draw 2D/3D technical drawings by Solidworks or CAD software
    • PC, PLC, EtherCAT programming

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Education Background: At least Bachelor in Engineering or relevant field.
    - Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in automation or relevant field.
    - Experience in servo systems, PLC programming
    - Knowledge of electrical hardware and automation components and equipment like sensors, motor, actuators, robot
    - Knowledge in C/C++, VB
    - Hands-on experience in servo control system tuning
    - Hands-on experience in using Solidworks or CAD software
    - Ability to read mechanical drawings
    - Ability to read electrical drawings and electronics schematic diagrams/ wiring diagrams
    - Excellent troubleshooting skill
