Job Description
• Deal directly with customers by telephone & face to face.
• Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints.
• Maintain the outlook of the store through dusting, cleaning, and restocking stocks on the shelves.
• Product scanning.
• Packing and Shipping related work.
• Responsible for stock take.
• Checking and updating stock inventory in the warehouse.
• Loading / Unloading products (Truck / Container)
• Ensure items kept in the store are maintained and protected from damage or loss including stock control
• Self-motivated and attentive to details with strong initiative
• Time management and ability to prioritize tasks given
• Responsible for any other duties assigned by the company from time to time.
Qualifications
Requirement
• Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
• Experience working in a warehouse environment would be an advantage.
• Possess good initiative, responsible and work attitude, fast learner with teachable qualities/willing to learn.
• Good at managing workload and administrative work.
• Must be organized and Punctual.
• Good Communication skills.
• Computer literacy is preferredEnglish Level
