  • Job Description

    Responsibility:
    - Receive and process customer orders, upload forecasts into IFS, and coordinate with the Planner to review order feasibility based on capacity and material availability.
    - Communicate regularly with customers to arrange and update delivery schedules, including consignment parts and forecast alignment.
    - Analyse customer forecast trends to develop realistic and achievable production plans that align with capacity and material availability.
    - Monitor production schedules and material plans to ensure timely material arrival and smooth production flow.
    - Proactively manage on-hold, quarantine, or slow-moving inventory to minimize excess stock and improve turnover.
    - Collaborate with the shipping team to ensure timely execution of deliveries and meet OTD (On-Time Delivery) targets.
    - Maintain accurate item planning attributes in the system to ensure data integrity.
    - Serve as the point of contact for order and supply-related communication with customers and internal teams.
    - Work closely with production to prioritize job orders in alignment with customer requirements and build plans.
    - Monitor customer orders, flag potential delays, and escalate to superiors as necessary.
    - Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure consistent and positive customer experience.
    - Conduct monthly account reconciliations and follow up on customer payments.
    - Perform other duties as assigned by superior.
    - Ensure compliance with RBA and Supplier Code of Conduct requirements.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - At least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate.
    - Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in customer service, production planning, or supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
    - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
    - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
    - Highly responsible, proactive, and results-driven, with a strong sense of urgency.
    - Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
    - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with great attention to detail and accuracy.
