Job Description

- Responsible in ensure regulatory and legal compliance related to technical issue- Coordinate the implementation of Global Chemical Information Management System (GCIP)- Raw material database - study and update various country regulatory compliance - Ensure/ maintain raw material‘s Safety Data Sheet (SDS) update accordingly- Ensure and perform yearly products analysis compliance are carried out smoothly and meet regulatory- Arrange, responsible and monitoring the progress of technical study- Ensure all technical related activities comply to company management system - To ensure all the supportive management systems are maintained and performed accordingly - Manage and responsible on Office administration / general control- Coordinate with lab and workshop PIC on PR administrative control - Liaise with service provider / contractor for calibration / preventive service/ repair on laboratory equipments'/ workshop facilities - Able to work effectively in a team and response cooperatively to the requirements of other team members- Maintain a systematic filing system to ensure efficient document handling for easy reference, retrieval, and the secure storage of critical documents - Manage special assignments, ad hoc tasks, and other duties as required
