Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Education Background : Degree in HR/ Business Administrator/ Marketing or any related field

    - Experience : Min 5 - 8 years of HR experience in retail chain store, able to manage a HR department of 500 to 700 staffs

    - Require Skill :
    1. Strong communication, problem-solving and adaptability skills, capable of addressing various HR challenges.
    2. Strong organizational and planning skills to effectively manage multiple tasks.
    3. Excellent Excel skills, especially formula.
