  • Job Description

    1. SEO Strategy Development: Provide technical and strategic SEO guidance to various regional locations and departments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SEO efforts with overall business objectives.
    2. Increase Website Traffic: Implement diverse digital marketing methods to drive targeted traffic to clients' websites. Utilize analytics and performance metrics to optimize traffic acquisition strategies.
    3. Content Strategy and Optimization: Support website editors in crafting and refining content strategies based on keyword research and competitor analysis. Ensure content is optimized for search engines while maintaining relevance and quality.
    4. Link Building and Inbound Marketing: Develop low-risk link building strategies to enhance SEO without violating search engine guidelines. Coordinate with PR, marketing, and editorial teams to maximize inbound link opportunities.
    5. Commercial Insight: Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to enhance understanding of paid and organic search and explore avenues for revenue growth. Align SEO strategies with revenue targets set by Head of Digital Marketing for each website.
    6. Training and Development: Provide SEO best practice training to relevant departments and team members. Stay abreast of emerging SEO trends, algorithm changes, and technologies to maintain leadership in the field.
    7. Site Launch and Technical SEO: Take ownership of technical SEO and launch strategies for all website launches and rebuilds. Conduct comprehensive site audits, link audits, and competitive analyses to identify optimization opportunities.
    8. Testing and Monitoring: Ensure technical elements influencing SEO are optimized and address any issues promptly.
    Implement and report on key SEO performance indicators and initiatives using relevant analytics tools.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    1. Minimum qualification of Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or Advertising/Media.
    2.At least 2 years in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Paid Search (PPC) is required.
    3. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Mandarin are a must; proficiency in Thai, Vietnamese, Tagalog or other languages are advantageous.
    4. Experience and target audience in Malaysia, and/or Singapore, Thailand, Philippines market.
    5. Proficiency in utilizing online marketing tools and staying up-to-date with digital marketing trends.
    6. iGaming / Black Hat experience and target audience in South East Asia is a plus.
    7. Sensitive and understand about market & competitor trend
    8. Proven experience in leadership role, preferably managerial role
