  • Job Description

    【Responsibilities: 】
    - Recreate/reproduce the problem and then test/troubleshoot the problems.
    - Communication with the vendor to study the root causes and improvement plan
    - Report to customer with technical report skills to describe the problem, solution and action taken within timeline given
    - Work alongside customers if necessary to figure out the root causes
    - Work closely with Engineering team for the circuit, components and functions of each product
    - Reporting all the defect cases and claims by monthly basis
    - Suggest fixes and improvements plan after analyze the root cause
    - Document technical issues and solutions
    - Prior knowledge in manipulating datasets (in Excel/Sheets/Spreadsheets)

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Education Background : Degree/Diploma in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or equivalent any related field.
    - Experience : Minimum 2 years of working experience in automotive or any related field
    - Require Skill : Involving in Research and Development, Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting for automotive components and related devices. (Prefer GPS Navigator Device)
