    Job Description:
    We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Digital Marketing and Administration Manager to join our team. In this dual role, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance our brand visibility, engagement, and profitability, while also managing various administrative tasks to support our operations. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of functions, including social media management, content creation, campaign execution, and analytics, as well as handling administrative duties such as arranging couriers, managing hall rentals, printing, and conducting charity campaigns.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Marketing (Digital) Responsibilities:
    1. Social Media Strategy and Management:
    • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the company's marketing objectives and brand identity.
    • Identify target audiences and create compelling content across various social media platforms.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns into overall marketing initiatives.
    2. Content Creation and Curation:
    • Produce high-quality and engaging content, including written posts, graphics, images, and videos, to maintain a consistent brand voice.
    • Curate relevant content from external sources to provide value to the audience and maintain an active social media presence.
    3. Community Engagement and Customer Interaction:
    • Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
    • Foster positive and interactive relationships with followers, advocates, and influencers to strengthen brand loyalty.
    4. Social Media Advertising:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns, targeting specific audiences and objectives.
    5. Adobe Software Proficiency:
    • Utilize Adobe software to edit catalogues, monthly promotion direct mailers, and new product direct mailers.
    6. Event Management and Incentive Trips:
    • Organize company recognition events and incentive trips to motivate and reward high-performing team members, especially top leaders.


    7. Sales Performance Monitoring:
    • Monitor and analyze the sales performance of our top leaders within the multi-level marketing structure.
    • Provide support and guidance to leaders to achieve their sales targets and maximize their potential.
    8. Relationship Management:
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with top leaders in our multi-level marketing organization.
    • Understand their needs, concerns, and aspirations to ensure their continued engagement and success.
    9. Analytics and Reporting:
    • Utilize social media analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify optimization opportunities.
    • Prepare regular reports on social media performance and sales performance, presenting insights and recommendations to enhance strategies.

    Administrative Responsibilities:
    10. Courier and Document Management:
    • Arrange couriers and manage document shipments to overseas company partners as needed.
    11. Hall Rental and Event Management:
    • Handle the logistics of hall rentals for company events, including coordination, setup, and logistics.
    • Handle internal hall rental
    12. Printing and Document Management:
    • Manage printing needs for various documents, marketing materials, and internal communications.
    13. Charity Campaigns:
    • Plan and conduct charity campaigns in alignment with company values and social responsibility goals.
    14. Crisis Management:
    • Proactively handle and respond to any unexpected marketing or administrative crises, implementing crisis management plans to safeguard the brand's reputation.
    15. Leadership and Team Development:
    • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors to execute marketing campaigns and ensure high-quality deliverables.

    16. Additional Responsibilities:
    • Assist in conveying company training information for store retailers.
    • Collaborate with the team to shoot and produce product videos and live streams.
    • Record and assist in handling customer complaints.
    • Complete other tasks assigned by the department manager on a temporary basis.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

     Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
     Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
     Strong analytical and project management skills.
     Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
     Proficiency in social media advertising tools and analytics platforms.
     Proficiency in Adobe software for catalogue editing and design.
     Event management experience and the ability to organize company recognition events and incentive trips.
     Ability to monitor and support sales performance within a multi-level marketing structure.
     Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
     Ability to handle administrative tasks, including courier management, hall rentals, printing, and charity campaigns.
     Ability to stay updated with digital media developments and industry trends.
     Crisis management and leadership experience are a plus.
