    Finance & Accounts
    - Support Finance & Accounts for monthly reporting, budget & forecast preparations for timely reporting.
    - Update / assist to develop policies and guidelines to ensure compliance of internal control guidelines and seek improvement.
    - Manage AR, inventory credit limit and reports to head office and seek improvement on net working capital
    - Keep abreast of business developments to support sales / service departments and mitigate business risks.

    HR & Admin
    - Manage General Affair, HR, Sales Admin and IT functions and submit reports timely and correctly.
    - Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations, internal controls and relevant laws and regulations.
    - Responsible for all HR and GA duties such as recruitment, training plans/ programs, compliance with local regulators and group policies and practices.
    - Responsible for smooth and adequate flow of information within the company and announcements on behalf of parent company.
    - Support and report timely to superior and build effective communication and co-operation within company and with head office and among group of companies.
    - Support Board of Directors’ meetings and ensure timely filing as required by local regulatory.
    - Assist in preparing and holding meetings and making presentations when required.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - At least Diploma or professional certification in Finance/Accounting/HR/Business Administration or relevant.
    - At least 6-8 years of working experience in Accounting, Finance, HR or other related fields.
    - At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
    - In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies.
    - Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles.
    - Excellent computer Skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Words.
    - Experience with SAP / Hana will be an added advantage.
    - An analytical mind with problem-solving skills.
    - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    - A team player with leadership skills.
