• Job Description

  • Responsible for Relation Management and manages the business relationship with all vendors.
  • Does the negotiation of contracts and ensures all items are properly received from vendors.
  • Purchasing goods at competitive rates.
  • Monitor products import or export processes to ensure compliance with regulatory or legal requirement.
  • Monitor and analyze the goods and price trend.
  • Oversee the inventory levels of business.
  • Preparation of Requests for Information (RFI), Request for Quotes (RFQ) and Purchase Order (PO).
  • Responsible for a competitive and fair bidding environment.
  • Responsible for the full purchasing cycle, planning, follow up payment, cash flow, delivery & logistic, evaluate suppliers.
  • Provide solutions to the best of supply chain and give full support to logistic and warehouse team.
  • Give support to the implementation of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Ensure effective implementation of ISO 9001:2015 QMS in the organization.
