    More About the Position:
    -Looking for a highly-motivated individual to join our training department staff as a Senior Sales Training Manager. The Senior Sales
    Training Manager will work with the training team and subject matter experts to organize, manage and maintain content for the Sales Organization knowledge repository, Learning Management System (LMS) and other content and tracking systems. Additionally, the Sales Training Manager will coordinate with sales leaders and subject matter experts across our global locations, support SME, coordinate training-related projects, and assist with the development of learning materials. The successful candidate will have a genuine desire and passion for helping people and exceptional organizational skills.

    Job Responsibilities:

    - Supports the creation, development and updating of training materials.
    - Coordinates training courses and classes for a multi-functional and international sales community
    - Organizes and maintains content files, knowledge repository, and Learning Management System
    - Provides project management and coordination for training-related projects
    - Manages vendor relationships, user accounts, and user access levels.
    - Gathers feedback from trainers and trainees after each educational session.
    - Track instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPI’s
    - Supports training delivery team.
    - Provides customer support to end-users of all training systems.
    - Coordinates, tracks and reports on analytics related to training activities.
    - Supports overall activities of the Training Department
    - Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Education Background : Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience
    - Experience :
    > Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and experience working in a Windows-based Operating System environment
    and with MS Office products
    > Ability to learn new software and systems quickly
    > Work independently and as part of a highly-collaborative team, with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
    > Design and order educational support material.
    > Maintain training and curriculum records.
    > Ability to proactively manage multiple projects to successful, on-time completion
    > Ability to shift priorities based on the current business needs and to make progress on multiple, concurrent projects
    > Proficiency with WebEx or other virtual meeting platforms.
    > Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within an organization.
    > Detailed and deadline-oriented; Highly motivated with a strong work ethic

    - Ideal Candidate Profile:
    > knowledge of eLearning software such as Articulate, Camtasia, Docebo, or other video and audio production software tools
