    The Operations Manager oversees the daily performance of call center supervisors and their respective teams. This include the analysis and review of the day-to-day operations, budget management, team development, and client satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Requirements:
    - Experience : 3 years Operations Manager experience in Japanese speaking Call center/BPO in Malaysia. If candidate do not have Operations Manager experience, Japanese speaking Senior Team Lead or Assistant Operation Manager in Call centre/BPO can be considered
    - Language: Japanese speaking N3 and above
