Job Description
Company:
This company is providing total building maintenance services including facilities, cleaning, arranging security guards, installing vending machine and so on, for shopping mall or office tower. Also doing purchasing of toilet supplies, stationeries, packaging materials or lighting equipment which is necessary for building.
Job Purpose:
To plan, direct and coordinate ADM(Administration) business management division that encompasses of control of the cash flow and financial health of the company, management of the support group, HR, Finance, Administration and IT and provide policy and direction for business management.
In addition, responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of departmental and organizational operations through the provision of effective methods and strategies
Scope of Work
1. Business figure management and reporting
2. BOD (Board of Directors) Management
4. Financial Management & Reporting
Key Accounts:
a. Key member of the management team
b. Head of Division to Business Management
c. EXCO(Executive committees) members
Key Responsibilities:
a. Leadership
i. Provide leadership, direction and supervision to staff
ii. Ensure staff are fully informed of operational changes
b. Human resource development
i. Present to senior management on business trends with a view of developing new services menu and
business
ii. Coordinate administrative support requirements within the division
c. Financial Management
i. Oversee ADM(Administration) budget, cash flow and balance sheet
ii. Oversee the financial situation of ADM(Administration)
iii. Oversee the HR, Administration & Safety & Health, Finance & IT
iv. Authorize payment within the budgetary limit
d. Corporate governance
i. Champion the company code of conduct, Promises, vision, mission and values system
Qualifications
Requirement
Language:English, Mandarin (both business level)
Education background:Diploma / Degree in Business Management or equivalent
Experience:At least 10 years working experience in business operation & Management experience including HR, Finance and Admin at any industry.
Others:
<added advantage> Open for any industry experience but Integrated facility management will be added advantage
<added advantage> Knowledge of contract management and experience in operations management will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Proficient in MS Office
- Great sense of confidentiality and credibility
- Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing team, major projects or initiatives
- Excellent interpersonal skills and possesses a collaborative management style
