• Job Description

  Assist the Department Head for the daily operation and activities of the department.
  
  Main tasks:
  -Assist the Department Head to monitor and develop department's performance and response the complaint with the corrective action and preventive action.
  -Handling all import & export procedure, including documents preparation of custom and application or renewal of LMW license.
  -Keep track of the receiving and outgoing of materials to ensure the accuracy of both stocks and record.
  -Provide guidance and coaching to the subordinates to get the job done and fulfil the requirement of head of Department.
  -Liaise with production to ensure smooth and correct supply of materials to the production line.
  -Liaise and cooperate with QA/QC Department for the inspection of incoming and outgoing materials and finish goods
  -Monitor inventory movement FIFO of materials and finish goods.
  -Responsible for the maintenance and update of record in the system and filing.
  -Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the office and warehouse
  -Ensure the inspection and verification of incoming and outgoing good are done correctly.
  -Coordinate and manage periodic cycle count to ensure inventory accuracy.
  -Perform other related tasks as and when may be assigned by the Department Head from time to time.
