Collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen customer partnerships, optimize commercial results, and deliver sustainable business growth.【Key Responsibilities】1) Lead, coach and develop a high peformaing field sales team, including merchandiser both inhouse & 3rd parties thgrough structured capability and on-the job coaching. 2) Take full ownership of the strategic plan for ypour account, driving sales and managing trhe profit & loss elements, aligning with the broader companmy goals. 3) Develop robust , strategic relationships with key partners, crafting joint business plan that encompass range, pricing & promotions. 4) Ensure best-in -class in-store execution across channels through effective field force and distributor management. 5) Partner closely with cross-functional teams (account management, category planning, activation, sales capability, and customer finance) to optimize commercial outcomes. 6) Leverage category insights and data to influence customer decisions and unlock growth opportunities. 7) Track performance through regular reporting and take proactive actions to close gaps and drive continous improvement8) Monitor, analyze and report on market developments, trade intelligent and competitor developments.9) Manage distributor like a business unit and resposible for managing the P&L for the profile / channel.10) Lead forecast planning in unison with supply team to prvide stellar customer service and financial consistency.
