■BONUS:
Annual bonus, shall be payable on beginning of the year and shall be based on the basic pay of the proceeding month. Employees who are in service as at 31st December with less than one (1) year’s service shall receive a bonus on a pro-rata basis calculation to nearest completed month.
■ANNUAL LEAVE:
Employees are entitled to eight (8) days annual leave on completion of one (1) year service.
2 to 5 years service = Twelve (12) days per year
5 years above = Sixteen (16) days per year
