- Responsible for product & manufacturing process design as well as new product RFQ.- Review customer product design and able to propose DFM.- Manage new product manufacture process and tooling design activities to ensure proper new start-up compliance to customer requirement.- Establish Bill of Material (BOM) into ERP system for new product as well as BOM update when there is ECN.- Capable to handle tooling problem, troubleshooting and tooling improvement and problem defining.- Responsible for preparing product testing, mass production drawings, and packing instructions.- Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, plan, schedule changes and recommending actions.- Work with Engineering & Production team, QA, and SCM for any new project issue and propose corrective & preventive action with total documentation to ensure achieving targets and timeline.- To liaise with customers for any technical issues during new product development. - Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.- To ensure RBA and Supplier Code of Conducts requirements are being met.- Other responsibilities are subject to the arrangement of the immediate superior/management.

Establish supplier audit checklist and perform supplier audit yearly. Monitors outsource subcontractor’s process performance. Deliver year on year reduction in supplier non-conformance to support factory efficiency.-Ability to perform root cause analysis for non-conformities, determine corrective action and provide necessary steps for follow-through. Ensure corrective action is effectively implemented.- Verify & analyse customer returned goods and on-hold item disposition.- Provide on job training and educate employees on procedures and standards. Establish and implement food safety and quality training for facility personnel to ensure facility personnel are equipped with the competency to produce a safe, quality product.- Support in setting up laboratory and analytical equipment. Establish and maintain procedures for product testing, validation, and verification.-Work closely with all R&D team in the project of new product development or product modification; Conduct product analytical testing, generate product specification and trial run test report. Continue monitor product performance.-Assist with internal & 3rd party food safety/quality audits (regulatory, customer’s, supplier’s, GMP, HACCP, ISO, FSSC, etc).- Perform regular plant inspection to ensure manufacturing process comply with quality assurance program and food safety standard, etc.- Perform any other duty reasonably corresponding with the role
