Pre-Sales Technical Support & Customer Engagement● Support the Sales team by acting as the technical solution specialist, attending customer meetings, site visits, and technical discussions together with Sales personnel.● Present and explain product functions, system capabilities, and integrated solution concepts to customers, highlighting the value of a comprehensive solutions offering.● Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution briefings tailored to customer requirements and industry applications.● Assist in preparing technical proposals, system descriptions, compliance statements, and value-added solution justifications for tenders and quotations.3. Maintenance, Technical Support & Optimization● Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployed systems, including PLC/SCADA, protection relays, transformer monitoring devices, communication networks, and energy storage systems.● Recommend system enhancements, upgrades, or expansions to improve reliability, efficiency, and operational performance.● Support long-term customer relationships by identifying opportunities to enhance or expand existing Energy Division solutions.5.
