    • Design, implement, and improve company quality standards
    • Analyze data in order to find gap areas for growth or improvement
    • Training, motivating, coaching, and correcting employees to ensure that standards are met
    • Create reports to track progress
    • Formulate strategies to increase quality.
    • Review processes in order to ensure that they align with current trends
    • Lead and manage the QA/QC team and expertise to the overall Quality Management System, policies and standards to support proper and smooth execution of all Quality related activities in meeting the specified standards and requirements
    • Knowledge of 8D and FMEA
    • Process audit experience
    • Have knowledge and experience in implementing statistical techniques (SPC, Data Analysis)
    • Improvement in quality standard.
    • Educate and train the operator on any quality concern from time to time.

  • 任职资格

    <Qualification>

    1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or business.
    2. Minimum 5+ years of experience in quality control or a related field.
    3. Strong leadership and management skills with high level of commitment.
    4. Excellent analytical and communication skills.
    5. Knowledge of quality control processes and procedures.
    6. Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
    7. Proficiency in IOT, Systems and other relevant software applications.
    8. Knowledge & Exposure on Quality Management System (ISO9001 & IATF16949)
